No. It is a membership offered directly by the practice for patients without dental insurance. There are no waiting periods, no annual maximums, and no pre-existing condition limitations. You pay one yearly fee that covers your routine preventive care at member fees and gives you member pricing on other treatment.
Essentials is the preventive plan at $500 a year: two cleanings, two exams, two fluoride treatments, routine X-rays, and a flexible third visit. Perio is $900 a year and built around four periodontal maintenance cleanings. Your dentist recommends the plan that fits your care, Essentials for routine prevention or Perio when you are on a periodontal maintenance schedule.
Family pricing applies to Essentials: the first member is $500 a year and each additional household member is $375, so a family of three is $1,250 a year. Perio is enrolled per person at $900 a year. There is no annual maximum and nothing to claim.
Yes. If you come in for an emergency exam, the $100 fee applies as a credit toward enrollment the day you join, so that visit is covered inside your membership. It is a simple way to turn an unexpected visit into a year of covered care
