No. The Inner Circle is earned, not for sale. You enter the first time you share honest feedback through our confidential survey, even on a first visit, and you keep your place with two hygiene visits a year and the annual survey. There is no fee at any point.
No. Status is never tied to referrals or to leaving a review. You earn and keep the Inner Circle through your own care and engagement, by keeping your hygiene visits and completing the annual survey. Referral-based status is something we deliberately do not offer.
Nothing punitive. If life gets in the way and you fall behind, you are always welcomed back and never penalized. Your status is reviewed once a year, and staying current with two hygiene visits and the annual survey keeps it. Lapsed status can always be re-earned the same way.
